We're hiring

Executive Search Associate

The Executive Search Associate will play a critical role in supporting executive search activities for our firm. You will be involved in all aspects of the executive search process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for senior level positions.

Responsibilities

  1. Source and identify potential candidates for executive level roles through research, networking, referrals, databases and cold call etc.

  2. Screen and evaluate candidate profiles through interviews, assessments and reference checks

  3. Manage recruitment logistics including scheduling interviews, assessments, client meetings etc.

  4. Prepare recruitment documentation including candidate profiles, reports, offer letters etc.

  5. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through industry events, social media platforms etc.

  6. Provide ongoing support to placed candidates during onboarding and transition into new role

  7. Remain up-to-date on job market trends, compensation benchmarks, talent availability in different sectors

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  2. 1-3 years experience in executive search, talent acquisition, human resources or consulting.

  3. Strong research, networking and sourcing skills.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  5. High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment projects simultaneously.
