Before founding Become, I have worked in the human resource industry for more than 20 years, accompanied hundreds of CEOs and executive candidates to advance in a fiercely competitive workplace or to grow during difficult times. I have spent sleepless nights to help companies to come up with solutions against development challenges or been inspired by their breakthroughs. Over the years, these have given me and my team precious experiences, and sparked us to reflect deeply.
