“ESG Compliance for Healthcare Globalization” New Book Launch Event

June 30th 2023, the new book launch and ribbon-cutting ceremony of “ESG Compliance for Healthcare Globalization” was successfully held at Shanghai Sinan Salon. Become Consulting is honored to be the key sponsor to host the event.

More than 80 VIP guests came to the book launch event to celebrate and witness the milestone moment. Gladdy He, the founder and CEO of Become Consulting, as the key author of the "ESG Talent and Organization" chapter of this book, attended and hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony.

The book "ESG Compliance for Healthcare Globalization" is sponsored by the World Bank and co-edited by Mr. Zhou Wanli and Ms. Shen Yanrong. In 2022, Ms. Shen Yanrong interviewed nearly 30 CEOs and presidents of Greater China of global pharmaceutical and medical device companies, heads of world-renowned medical and health consulting companies, foreign chambers of commerce in China, industry associations, health research institutes and other institutions, and joined hands with ESG human resource experts in the industry, professors from law schools, prosecutors from the procuratorate and compliance lawyers to complete China's first ESG compliance treatise that deeply integrates industry, education and research. GO BEYOND TALK | Closing Ceremony of Course “Leading with Essential Influence”

On June 17th, 2023, the closing ceremony of the course “Leading with Essential Influence”, of the "Becoming a Great Leader" series, —— "GO BEYOND TALK" hosted by Become Consulting was successfully held at Novartis Shanghai Campus.

This course has attracted executives and business leaders of many well-know multinational companies, as well as CEOs of innovative companies. Guided by senior executive coaches Jane and Ocean, students has been immersed in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as the relationship between leaders’ decision styles and influence, how to deliver a powerful message, and become a charismatic speaker, etc.

After 1V1 guidance from coaches, students bravely stepped onto the stage to share their experiences and stories, introduce products and services that they are proud of, and convey ideas and inspirations that deserve more people to know.

About the “Smile Action” to help children with cleft lip and palate, the danger of ionizing radiation and the importance of wearing lead clothing, research on consumer industry empowered by big data, etc., the topic of the speeches covered various fields and dimensions, and brought the students and other audiences new knowledge and perspectives to understand the world.

The students also flexibly used many practical skills taught in the “Leading with Essential Influence” course, using storytelling and appeal to establish links with the, showing great flexibility when interacting to create a "sense of presence", and answering “challenging questions" confidently and calmly.
