Become Consulting is an organization and talent consulting platform founded in China. Combining global vision and local wisdom, it is devoted to establishing long-term partnerships with customers and leaders, with client needs at heart, technology and ecosystem as drive. Previously, Ms. He was the Senior Client Partner and APAC Managing Director of Life Science Practice at Korn Ferry. She led the team across executive search, RPO and leadership consulting, and has contributed value to the customers for over a decade, winning unanimous recognition by the industry. Ms. He holds a master’s in business administration degree from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and is the Founding Board Member at Wharton Alumni China Healthcare Club. She is the Member and officer of Young President Organization (YPO).
