She brings over ten years of international talent consulting experience, having worked at Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, and other global talent advisory firms.

Her expertise spans executive search across healthcare, industrial, technology, and consumer sectors, with a focus on finance, HR, commercial, BD, investor relations, and capital markets leadership roles.

She has led end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-industry recruitment programs and supported organizational build-out during major business transformations.
