Lily brings over 25 years of exceptional, dual-track expertise spanning premier global executive search firms and world-renowned life sciences multinational corporations (MNCs).

 

Prior to joining Become, Ms. Chen built a stellar reputation as a trusted talent advisor and strategic HR leader. Her distinguished corporate background includes serving as Global executive recruiting partner and APAC Recruiting Lead for the Integrated Workforce Strategy Chapter at Roche Group. In this global leadership capacity, she co-led the worldwide recruiting function, managing a cross-border team of 50 professionals across 17 countries to pioneer agile operating models and drive organizational transformation. Previously, she held pivotal dual leadership as the HRBP Head (Commercial & Enabling Functions) and Talent Acquisition Head for Shanghai Roche Pharmaceuticals. In this role, her talent strategies directly accelerated historic business growth, successfully navigating the business through the market's fiercest talent war while securing critical executive appointments. Her life sciences leadership also includes serving as the Recruiting & Staffing Director for Greater China at Boehringer-Ingelheim.

 

Ms. Chen’s corporate MNC leadership is built upon a profound foundation in top-tier executive search and consulting. She brings an extensive pedigree from leading global human capital firms, including Korn Ferry and Amrop Hever International.Throughout her 25-year career, she has acted as a key strategic partner to Global Corporate Leadership Committees, General Managers, and VPs, seamlessly bridging complex business objectives with sophisticated talent strategies.

 

Ms. Chen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Auburn University in the United States, and a Bachelor of Science from Xian Polytechnic University.
