Previously, Ms. He was the Senior Client Partner and APAC Managing Director of Life Science Practice at Korn Ferry. She led the team across executive search, RPO and leadership consulting, and has contributed value to the customers for over a decade, winning unanimous recognition by the industry. Ms. He holds a master’s in business administration degree from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and is the Founding Board Member at Wharton Alumni China Healthcare Club. She is the Member and officer of Young President Organization (YPO).
