As Director of Technology, Cynthia is responsible for design and development of Become Consulting’s digital products. In this role, she utilizes her extensive recruitment experience and leads a team to create digital solutions for clients’ talent needs.

Before joining Become, Cynthia was Director of Talent Delivery Center at Korn Ferry, covering Greater China. Her responsibilities focused talent acquisition, development, performance management and efficiency optimization etc. She led a team of over 120 recruitment experts and simultaneously supported close to 50 clients across industries. During her tenure, Cynthia successfully grew her team size and contributed significantly to Korn Ferry’s RPO business expansion.

Cynthia’s role at Korn Ferry also covered China COE which included recruitment technology， recruitment marketing, training, internal recruitment and resource management,

Cynthia has more than 13 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry. Cynthia is equipped with extensive knowledge in strategic sourcing, talent assessment, and the full spectrum of recruitment management, including diagnosis, talent market research and analysis, design and implementation, resource planning, execution continuous improvement.

Utilizing her experiences and expertise, Cynthia actively consults clients on their talent challenges. Her clients span across a variety of industries including digital, finance，education and consumer. She is seasoned in partnering with both multinational and Chinese enterprises, some of her key clients included Moody’s, Apple, LVMH, Vanke, Lbrands, WeWork, etc.
