Emma Hong joined Become Consulting as Managing Director in 2022, in this role she focuses on leading the team to deliver excellence across various recruitment services, including executive search, professional search and project recruitment. She also leads Become research team to provide market insights and industry intelligence to clients.

Before joining Become Consulting, Emma was a Client Director at Korn Ferry, her responsibility covered the full spectrum of client development and recruitment delivery, including solution design, resources planning, sourcing strategy and assessment. During her tenure, she has helped Korn Ferry to build its RPO business in the life sciences industry and led it to become first in the industry. She was also the first Chinese employee to win the Global Founder Award at Korn Ferry.

Emma has more than 15 years of HR & recruitment experiences accumulated across MNC and domestic companies. Clients she has served includes AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Allergan, AbbVie, Biogen, BMS, Lonza, Align Technology, Astellas, Pierre-Fabre, Wuxi App, Apple, ZPMC and CIC etc.

Emma is an expert in talent acquisition, assessment, C&B and performance evaluation. She is knowledgeable on solution design and execution against clients‘ specific organization needs and has successfully helped many organizations to build up employer branding, improve the talent attraction and optimize recruitment efficiency.
