Kathy is responsible for Become Life Science and Consumer executive search practice in China. She has over 15 year’s professional working experience with strong business development skills and market knowledge.

Prior to that, she was Market Leader in  Korn Ferry and was responsible for mid to senior level recruitment across Life Science, Consumer, Industrial, Technology, Finance, Real Estate sectors. Her client list includes Global leading big pharma and medical devices MNCs, Asian and China large and medium life science  companies as well as start-up operations.

She started her recruitment career in one International Recruitment firm since 2010 after returning China from UK.

Prior to that, Kathy was the Regional Manager of Business Development in one global leading consumer group where she was responsible for sales and business development of UK and

Continental Europe business for 3 years.

Kathy holds Master Degree in International Transport at the University of Cardiff in UK.
